As the cold and windy winter months set in, it's easy to forget about the warm summer filled with nature's abundance. But here at our botanical atelier, the memories of our summer dinner in August are still fresh in our minds.
Last August, we hosted a 5-course vegan herbal dinner between our herbal beds on our hilltop. The evening truly celebrated the summer season's bounty, featuring delicious and creative dishes by the talented chef and artist Julien Rouvroy from the restaurant of recyclart in Brussel.
Each course was expertly paired with one of our herbal jellies and hydrolates, adding a unique and refreshing touch to the meal's flavor. From the appetizer to the dessert, every dish was a true masterpiece.
We loved the relaxed atmosphere from this beautiful and diverse group of coworkers, health professionals, architects, chefs, academics, and life wonderers.
We were thrilled to be able to share our love of herbs and pause for an evening to enjoy delicious food and each other's company.
