Refund policy

Return? No problem!

You have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, sealed or with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, please contact us at info@alchemyonthehill.com. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if an item is missing, defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. You have 14 days after receiving your order to report any issues. 

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods, custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), sale items or gift cards. Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.

If your refund is approved, you will be refunded the purchase value of the item + shipping paid for the original order (if the entire order was returned).
